I placed an order for a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 on March 3, 2020 for $219.98 including "rush" shipping. I received an order number (1607).

I have not received the tablet. I sent 5 emails to customer support requesting an update. I have never received an answer to the emails and still no tablet.
