We ordered the infrad forehead therometer on 5/22/20 and as of today 6/25/20, we never received our package. We complained that package is lost in transit sicne it's been over one month and the item is no longer needed, OximeterPro wouldn't full refund us and asked for package to be returned to them to get the refund. This is fraudelant and we can't not tolerate this business.
