They have been billing me over 40.00 a month for a 25.00 plan. I have extra features that add up to 33.96 with taxes. That is what the bill says, 33.96. But they keep charging me 40.96. I have contaced them stating my cas and all I get is the run around. This has been going on for over 6 months. On top of that, I have their VIOP phone, and when I get a call:

sometime it rings

sometimes it doesnt

Can depend on it, if you need to be able to get 911 or are counting on your phone...dont get this service, besides the fact they can produce a legal bill for services, they are not worth your time, or trouble.
