Panalpina damaged $30,000 of my equipment and would not face up to it. I paid for timely delivery within reason on another shipment but despite polite phone calls and emails they left my equipment in Miami. Couldn't care less about anything or anybody. They are regularly open on Saturdays but had the balls to attempt to charge me $200 extra for a Saturday pick up.

They were listed on the Swiss stock exchange a year ago at about 70 Euros noew it's about 7 Euros.

Worst shipper experience in my life don't let the lovely brochure and their self prolaimed Code bs fool you
