For 2+ years now I have been trying to get my record erased.  Thios company has dragged their feet to the point where they had nothing done 1 and 1/2 years later, told me the government regulation regarding pardons had changed and the price went up. I had to pay them again so they could start over.

I can get a police check done in 24 hours here. Yet it has taken them half a year to get a local check.
This is BS and very frustrating.

We are one of the few legitimate companies that do Pardons and Waivers and can be reached easily by telephone.   We would never ask for more "fee" to "restart an application.  I have been given small deposits years before and STILL honoured the origional fee years later with no penalty. 

There are no late charges or interest.  There is our fee, and the Government Disbursements that are clearly indicated BEFORE applying.   Call us anytime and you will see we strive to be transparent up front, we never pressure you to pay more than a deposit to start, and we are happy to put it all in writing BEFORE to pay a deposit. 

Whoever wrote this probably had to pay the increased $631 Goverment fee that went up in 2012.  It was $150.00  I can understand their frustration, but Stephen Harper gets that fee....not us.

I never increase fees.  I never charge riciculous "service fees" and I can always be reached by phone.  I even forward the phones to my cell phone on the weekends.  I prefer if you come into our office and apply in person.  Not anonomously over the internet.
