Paolo J. Gatto (owner of Paul Fencing Inc.) agreed to start building a fence and two gates for me on April 14, 2020. I gave him $4,000 as a deposit fee and since then, he has not started any work and kept promising that he was coming. Six months have passed and he has never came. I have been trying to contact him to get my deposit back but he does not answer nor want to communicate.
