I filed bankrucpty in January 2013 and yes it included payday loans, my case went through with out any issues now I'm getting these emails stating that cash advance is going to file charges against me but i can stop that by paying different amounts. I have spoken to my attorney and was told to ignore them that this is a scam. Today i recieved an email from a matt williams stating that on Monday October 7th a case will be downloaded against me but again if I wish for this not to happen then I can send the payment through the email or by calling 315-636-6596.

I'm just tried of dealing with these scamming idiots and something needs to be done to stop them from harrassing people.
