Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Our son was seen over a month and a half ago at this clinic. Was charged 100 dollars when our insurance copay is 20, had to argue with office for an hour to be told our refund would be 3 weeks after. Now a month and a half later, now being told that refund has to be given in a check form that has to be signed by the manager and doctor and apperently takes the doctor another 2 weeks to get off her a*s to sign a check.
This place is dishonest and crooked, they will not hesitate take food out of your kids mouths and delay repayment as long as they can.

Due to COVID perhaps that the company is short staffed did you ever think about that? And what insurance do you have that only charges 20 dollars for an office visit?? Patience is not your strong suit I am guessing. And FYI Doctors are being overworked in this pandemic. And what is apperently?? I don't think they are using your 80 dollars to party - nor take food out of your child's mouth. Dramatic is what you are
