Phil Martin Received Funds Wired To Him & Kept The Money To Pay For His Personal Expenses.

He Was Supposed To Wire Me The Thousands Of Dollars.

Its Been Three Years & He Still Insists He Will Pay Me Eventually BUT He Keeps Complaining That He Has No Money But Yet He Lives In A Beautiful Rental.
