Phoenix Bar and Grill Infested Tulsa Oklahoma

So I heard good things about the food here while I was traveling for work and decided to pop in. The first red flag were all the flies but they had left the door open and it was a particular hot day and looked clean so I just let it go. 

It took a while to get anyone's attention so I could order a drink and some food, they weren't busy and I could see some of their staff preoccupied smiling at their phones. Bad service but whatever I just hoped the food was good.

After a while I was getting frustrated and running low on time so I had to get up to get someone's attention when I was helped I explained that the service was poor, I was tired of waiting and ordered my food to go. It came back quick, which I was pleased about but the girl who gave it to me pushed it at me and walked away without a word. 

I went back to my hotel and sat down to eat, it looked great and I went to put condiments on my burger when I noticed something weird under the cheese. I sifted through it and that's when I discovered a sneakily placed DEAD ROACH in my BURGER. So not only does this place have roaches but I made the staff angry enough by respectfully asking for service that they would spoil my food out of spite.

I tried looking for their number on google which isn't there, so my next step was to go on their Facebook page to send them a message. 

I got a response quickly but not the one I was hoping for. The owner, Krystal accused me of trying to smear their business because I'm a transgender misogynist agitator??? and she would not let me come back to show her the food I was given nor give me a refund.

I was like wtf is this b*tch talking about so I scrolled through their Facebook posts and that's when I discovered they're weirdly obsessed with transgender people. I mean post after post about them. What the f*ck is a neovagina and why would you talk about how bad they smell next to your posts displaying your FOOD? 

I spoke to some previous employees who all had the same thing to say. That the owner is racist, all definition shades of phobic, the kitchen is filthy, they have rats, roaches and flies. They serve expired food, and yes the employees will mess with the food of people they don't like.

Any criticism they receive of their disgusting business is chalked up to being a smear campaign from political nut jobs and not because of the actual food they serve and who they employ.

I wouldn't eat here if you offered me a million dollars.
