Phoenix Custom Homes-Frank Ziebell Took my money and never paid the subs-he is not a builder Cincinnati Ohio

We hired Frank Ziebell of Phoenix Custom Homes to build are home, he received the money from the draws and went on vacation, paid for his cars and every thing else but did not pay the subs. In my opinion he is not a reputable builder he does not even know what he is doing. There is deviation from my plans and serveral defects in his work. After we fired him, we found serval other people that would not recommend him again. I wish I would have checked the local court records before we hired him. He can talk a good game. We are in the middle of a court battle. After we fired him, he put a lien on my house.
