I ordered a college textbook--Drugs and Society 13th Edition PDF Version on July 3rd. PinkyStyles said they would email a download in 15 minutes. It's been 48 hours and no email.

I emailed support@pinkystyles.com and received no response. There is no telephone number listed on their site.

Their contact information does include the reassuring remark "Don’t worry much about us! We are not scammer." The site doth protest too much, me thinks.
