I made a reservation because they said they had wireless. I needed it to login and do some work while staying. I contacted to after making the reservation advising I need a room with wireless. They replied "Sir we have WiFi but it’s not the best.

We pay for it but we re looking for a better provider as we speak. " I asked if I could cancel.. they said yes for a 10 percent charge. I said ok I need wireless so Ill need to cancel, they charged my card 50 percent.
