Planet Fulfillment Keeps sending me product and charging my debit card every month for $80. I've cancelled this product twice so why do they keep taking money from my account? Norcross Georgia

I've cancelled this product twice but still recieving and be charged $80 each time. Called them to get refund since Oct. 2014
but was told can't refund anything over 30 days but will give you half of refund. Why spend $80 and then only get half of money back, I never seen anything in writing. I can gurantee, I'll never buy anything from there, again. So please hear me loud & clear scam all the way
