PNC Bank lost ATM deposit Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I made an ATM deposit of $11.41 in the form of a money order and $100 cash (silly me). They have the ATM/computer transaction saying I made the deposit, but the actual envelope was lost. After I provided them with the receipt of the money order they still claim I never made the deposit. I am closing my accounts with them because obviously they can't be trusted with my money if this is how they are going to run their scams. I did nothing wrong and yet I lost that $111.41 plus $90 in bounced check fees that resulted from my not knowing that the deposit didn't take. So now I am out over $200 for doing nothing wrong!
