David Polsky owner of Polsky Tire and Automotive has taken over a year to repair A 1985 Olsmibile Delta 88 Royal. Polski Tire has billed meinexcess of $14000. which has been paid.

The car was returned to me twice each time there was something wrong with it and and failed to run. the last time it dyed on the freeway. Mr Polsky has lied about the Oldsmobiles repair status cliaming the car was fixed. 14 months is a long time to wait for your sole transpertation.
