I enterd into a settlement for an account with them in Sept of 2014. They had automatic withdrawls comming out of my bank account for six months. I disputed still oweing them money on my credit report and they sent me the bill as if I had never paid it.

When I called apparently they cant just look up the fact that the had six months worht of payments I have to file a disput and show proof that I have paid the account as agreed. Just one more lesson in keeping good records.
