Prattville Auctions, Jacob Resnek, Idealcell Company sells defective phones Long Island New York

Well,
Jacob asked me to have this report removed and went so far as to pen the email for me to send to the administrators of this site. He said if I would do that, he would refund the money he owes me for the defective phone he sold me in the first place. Below is a copy of the email he sent for me to forward as well as the additional email he sent asking me to do so before he returns the money he stole from me.

I made a huge mistake and filled a report on the wrong Ebay seller. I had made several purchases at the time from various ebayers and got confused. Prattville Auctions did NOTHING WRONG. Please remove this report from your site.

As you can see, Jacob Resnek from Prattville Auctions on Ebay admits to having taken my money, yet Jacob Resnek from Prattville Auctions on Ebay still will not stand by his word to return my money. Let me reiterate, it WAS Jacob Resnek from Prattville Auctions on Ebay that ripped me off and is still refusing to return my money or replace the phone. Although I have to admit, in the 6 months I have spent waiting on Jacob Resnek from Prattville Auctions on EBay to stand by his word, I have given up on either getting a working phone or any of my money back which he has stolen.

After doing so, ripoffreports refused to take down the report as per their policy. I'm not sure why Jacob Resnek from Prattville Auctions on Ebay refuses to return my money after selling me a defective phone on ebay or why he thinks he should set stipulations on returning the money he stole from me, but in my opinion, it speaks volumes about the character of Jacob Resnek from Prattville Auctions on EBay.

In the past week he has now said that it wasn't him that signed for the phone although the signature on the FedEx form is his name. Maybe he encourages his employees to forge documents to avoid taking any responsibility for Jacob Resnek from Prattville Auctions on EBay actions.

Jacob Resnek from Prattville Auctions on Ebay is worried that this report will cost him "thousands of dollars since this one comment about his company will be here forever", yet he is unwilling to do the right thing and stand by the products he sells. I would have loved to post a positive update about Jacob Resnek from Prattville Auctions on Ebay, but his complete refusal to do the right thing has forced me to provide a negative out come to this situation.

Please by very cautious when dealing with Jacob Resnek from Prattville Auctions on Ebay, as he is very capable of taking your money and not standing by what he sells.

I spoke with Jacob Resnek, the owner of Prattville Auctions on eBay, today and he said they had a staffing problem that was the source of my trouble. He said he is going to work to make things right. I will post the final outcome once things are worked out.
