Preferred Homes of Janesville Wisconsin, uses the lowest grade products in their homes possible. They had a F rating from the Better Business Bureau, when they decided that they didnt want to be members anymore. I know they have a lawsuit pending in Evansville, WI, and they've only built there for a few years. This company build cheap houses with even cheaper products.
