Shoppers Lotto Corporation SCAM. A Lotto letter was mailed to me signed by Mrs. Linda Hall, indicating that I have won a lottery sum of $120,000 on Sept 13th 2009. (that date has yet to arrive) I received a check in the amount of $4,899.94. It requested, that I western union GOVERNMENT TAXES in the amount of $2,975.00. I contacted Larry Anderson with questions and confronted him on this scam and he hung up the telephone on me. They gave me a special secret claim#.
