Prime Time Property Management Eli Nitz failed to manage property, fill tenants, return calls and then charged me a full year rent to leave Olathe KS

Eli,
 
I am being told by my new rental management company that I am under contract with you guys so I cant use them.
 
There is a HUGE problem with that. A few points:
 
- The renters informed they were moving out oin Aug 1 and I was not told until Sept 10
- I have called your office 1-2 times per day since sept 10 and have only been able to reach Dawn who doesnt know anything
- I asked for a call back from you, and haven't received one
- I asked Dawn for your number, and she refused
- I asked Dawn to give me your property manager's number, and she refused
- I have given up on any real correspondence from you at this time
 
- My unit is empty and I dont know whats going on 
 
So, as I informed your office yesterday (and still didnt get a call back), I am moving with the new management company. I believe he has contacted you already, so please give him the keys and whatever else is required.
