Bought and ordered special brake pads for my Cannodale wheelset and they sent me the wrong pads! After emailing and telling them I waited 3 weeks, this was unacceptable and demanded resolution. They have ignored my emails and I had to call my Credit Card Company to dispute the charges. Do not waste your time with this online company. They like others have got cheated
