Progressive Insurance ripoff, steals from customers. Mayfield Heights Ohio

After seven years of no claims I suffered damage to my R.V. that cost Progressive $1,255.00. They raised my premium from $762.00 to $3,453.00. When I filed a complaint with the California State Insurance Commissioner Progressive said that their rates in California had been increased to all policyholders. I spoke to two other owners in my R.V. club and both had rate increases of $200.00 to $300.00, not $2,691.00.

This is certainly a very shabby way to treat a loyal customer.
