Illegally putting a charge for 643 on my credit report for a medical bill for my little girl. I had to take her to urgent care. I had re enrolled in medicare for her and paid this bill off through the emergency medical system with CA dept of health and human services.
Now, they have been putting this charge on my credit report. I disputed the charge and they won't investigate. They legally have to send me proof within 30 days after i dispute the charge and I haven't recieved anything in the mail. They are still leaving this on my Transunion and Experian Credit report.
