Prosperity Bank The Ceo Loves To Rob Your Kids Saveings St Augsutine Florida

1 I used this bank years ago when we first moved to PC, I had to pay a lot of ridiculous fees, I just moved to the US and assumed this was normal. One Saturday i rushed out of work to make it there by 12.00 they closed the door in my face. That same day I want to Bank of America (which was open till 1.00) and been very happy with their service and I don't pay hardly any of the fees i was charged at Properity Bank


2 I have never had a worse experence in my life. I was apauled, at the lack of basic banking knowlege that the Manager "Donna Comeau" had.



3 I have 2 adresses a summer and a different winter one and they only accept one at a time. Both adresses were in their system at one time.
My CD was maturing 6/3 and they only could send it to my winter address, it is now a month later and I still don't have it, they are looking for it, since it was sent on 6/8 and probably could not be forwarded.

4 I have been with Prosperity Bank for 3 years. I had no problem with Prosperity Bank before.

5 it is the worst bank ever, and has just been a head ache the last few months. between their tellers & customer service, not up to date online banking, crazy overdraft fees, posting activity from highest to lowest dollar amount instead of by order used, and my personal favorite "courtesy" list which allows you to overdraw your account and use money you do not have. 6 Customer service reps have already been brainwashed by the bank to blame the customers. I hate this bank. I was forced to open a LOC, which i never applied for when it was Prosperity Bank. At the time i was told it was necessary and now they have no record indicating that. They blame me for not reading the fine print and said i did not know what i was signing.
