 I bought a puppy from Scott and brandy Thomas In Virginia and they were to send the puppy to me. The shipping company emailed me with the flight schedule . Then I started getting more emails about insurance and fees I needed to pay .i sent the money cause I was told it would be refunded . Now they have over 3000 dollars of my money and I haven't heard from them any more
