Do not use this company! They claim I be hackers but they just take your money and string you along with periodic emails that say they are working on it. For 6 weeks they did this to me. when I complained I only got told their refund policy is strict. I imagine their policy has I be strict since most of their customers ask for refunds because they do not product results. Nothing. Not even A little proof they did what they were hired for.

Do not pay this company a dime!

Verified Scam

AUTHOR: AnotherNeighborhoodHackerVictim - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 15, 2015

After reviewing countless complaints against Neighborhood Hacker, I believe each and every one because I, too, was scammed by them. I never received any proof (screenshots), as promised, that work was even being done on my case. I attempted multiple times to contact the representative assigned to my case, but months later was told she quit. I repeatedly asked to speak to "David" and was always given the run-around. Cindy Short eventually offered a full credit toward a future service, which I declined based upon this company's shady practices, and the multitude of complaints against them.

RE: Steve Johnson

Mr. Johnson

thank you for the information and I have reviewed your case. I noticed that you spoke with our owner who not only offered you first a full refund but also offered you a discount on our service after you refused the refund. In your case we were unsuccessful which is unfortunate. We work hard to try and accomplish each case successfully but as a gesture we offered to essentially do your job for free. This was not satisfactory and even with that you proceed to call us a scam. We went above and beyond and to top it all off you purchased a single attempt  that was discounted 15%. We even re-attempted several times for free. We did not scam you sir as it is understood we can not and do not claim to be 100% successful and we went well out of our way to help you. This, in my opinion further invalidates this claim and demonstrates your individual need to post false claims.

Rebut to David at the Hacker company

AUTHOR: Jeff in Chicago - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, July 15, 2014

David, you wouldn't have my real name (Jeff) because I use an alias when I deal with questionable sites like yours. Look up Steve Johnson and you will see the history of how your company scammed me. You led me on for weeks, giving me irrelevant, nonsense info about questions I never even asked. It was as if you were not even reading the emails i sent. You were just sending canned responses.  When I called to speak to a supervisor (several times) he/she was always "in a meeting". I was promised call backs which never came.  I eventually just gave up, which is i suspect what you wanted anyway. In the end all I did was waste my time and money on a company that is either a scam or completely unprofessional or both. At least I have a chance here to warn others so perhaps they wont be scammed too.

"Jeff" Posting false reviews

AUTHOR: David.NHH - ()

POSTED: Friday, July 11, 2014

Hello,

I would like to further affirm that we do our very bes to accomidate everyone. We service thousands of cases a week and cannot apease everyone. This "client" further refuses to come forward to give us an oppurtunity to correct the issues he had with our company. This "jeff from Chiago" has posted several reviews of our service and we have no record of serving anyone with that name in that location during the time suggested. I encourage you to contact me directly to seek resolution to this matter

Nice reply, but it is still a con game

David's reply sounds professional but this is part of the company's facade. They string you along for weeks with professional sounding emails but in the end you get nothing. No password. Nothing. You just lose your money. I suspect their strategy is to just keep you hanging with comments like "we are working on it" until you get tired of waiting and then just forget about it. It's sad, really.

This company takes your Visa payment and then strings you along for weeks and then disappears. They provide you NO information at all. Do not give them your money as you will be shafted!

Inaccurate fraudulent claim

AUTHOR: David.NHH - ()

POSTED: Saturday, April 26, 2014

Hello,

I am the Red Team Director. I manage the team that works cases for Neighborhood Hacker. We do our best to succeed on every case we take. However it is not possible to be successful 100% of time. This report gives no detail on the case in question and provides no supporting information to prove that you were in fact a client of NHH. In every case we take we have a standard time line and process so that we can document that work is done. We also clearly state that any up front cost is for the work we will perform.  Our refund policy is meant to protect us from fradulant claims such as this one it prevents "buyes remorse" all of which is provided to you prior to doing business with us.

If you were in fact a client I encourage you to post your contact information so that I can further investigate your case and provide accurate information on the matter

David
