Radisson Resort at The Port Canaveral FL Front Desk Front Desk was Extremely rude. Microwave in the room broken and makes horrible noise. Carpet dirty . Was told by the front desk that if I call CORPORATE office that it wouldn't do me any good. Horrible experience won't stay Here Again Cape Canaveral Florida

Horrible customer service experience. Microwave was broken and asked for another room and they were Again Rude.

I asked for CORPORATE number and was told by Front desk clerk. Calling them wouldn't do Any good. We stayed here 6years ago for our honeymoon because my husband grew up in Cocoa Beach and we just wanted to stay at a nice place.

Rude.
