 I was warned Randy wasn't trustworthy about pay. He really put me at ease around Christmas. He sent money he didn't owe me. Time rolled on. ..things got bad at dispatch office. .later found they didn't like him and we. ..his drivers weren't getting as much attention as needed to make a living. Alas. ..I went off on dispatch. ..got fired. .now Randy thinks he can keep my final 2 weeks pay. .5336 miles. ..aprox .$1500

 I have a contract to protect each side. The party did not comply and as he states got terminated by carrier. Contract is specific as to final settlement and in this case the party did not comply. It's our responsibility to follow the contract for the best of everyone.
