This company promises to sell your timeshare for a fee of $1000.00, refundable after 6 months if your property is not sold.

When you ask for the refund, they say you were given an offer of exactly what you were asking (which was never received), but you did not respond, so you are not eligible for a refund.

The original sales person (who was so nice when they wanted your business) will not answe your e-mails or phone calls.  They have a person with a foreign accent call you to tell you that you did not comply with whatever rules they say were in your contract.

Here's How the SCAM Works!

AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, September 12, 2009

Used time shares are almost impossible to sell.  When they do sell its for ten to fifteen cents on the dollar.  These used time share "operations" know this but its a great opportunity to DEFRAUD someone who wants to get rid of what was a very bad idea to begn with and an opportunity to DECEIVE the customer out of their money.

These operations will tell you directly in their advertising or thru innuendo they have all these potential buyers lined up to buy your specific time share.  They keep telling you this to get your hopes up and for you to develope more CONfidence in their operation.

They tell you they have all these expenses to cover to sell your time share.  (If they have all these buyers interested in your SPECIFIC time share, where are the expenses?)  That's how they try to justify the cost.

REALITY...If they have all these potential buyers, then working on commission payable at the time of the sale, would be absolutely NO PROBLEM!  They don't have the buyers but they want your money.  There's the CON GAME.

REALITY...When you sell your house, do you pay up front?  The agency is paid by commission when and if they sell.

REALITY...These "Operations" think you are stupid.  That's why they claim all these "expenses".

TRY THIS...Contact another one of these con operations.  Tell them you will pay double the fee but only at the time of sale, at the closing table.  See if they take your offer!

100% Client Satisfaction

AUTHOR: RT Escalated Claims - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, September 11, 2009
We strive for 100% client satisfaction.  If you are not 100% satisfied, please email <<urgent@realtytrade.com>> to speak with a dedicated customer service representative.  All complaints will be handled professionally and quickly.  By filing reports with this site and other similar sites, as well as the Attorney General, it minimizes the chances that you will receive 100% of your money back, due to the use of additional resources to settle a claim.

The details of our refund policy are outlined in the Realty Trade Marketing and Advertising agreement, that we have our clients sign. It is NOT a guarantee to SELL the property, but rather a guarantee to generate offers and interest on your property. There are instances and circumstances that occur in which we are unable to generate an offer for a property due to market saturation or presenting a property that does not create interest on our network.  If this happens with your property, please contact us at this email address: <<urgent@realtytrade.com>> and we will address your concerns properly and issue a refund according to the terms and conditions of the marketing agreement.

With over 18,000 clients, there are occasional issues that may arise, as with any large organization, but we do everything within our power to satisfy all clients.

Again, please email <<urgent@realtytrade.com>> with your grievance and addressed professionally and quickly.

Thank you for your cooperation.
