All lies, from the sales pitch to the final product. Don't be fooled by them, i was and now i have to hire someone else to fix my shower becuse they tell me that they are going to send someone to fix it and the someones they send don't know what they are doing. The sales guy is a total fraud who lies to you to sign the contract , don't fall for it. It's not true what they promise. They don't care that you complain, especially this Tom and Ryan guy. Buyer beware.
