Rent Products Online Notified after 2 months that item still wasnt available after i contacted them.

I asked for refund, they claimed they would refund in 30 days, claimed they sent refund, when I notified them I didnt get it, they said they would resend refund and I would receive it in another 30 days.

They said they couldnt send another check and needed my PayPal info, then they said it would now take another 3 months to refund me
