Returned to 24/26 Roberna st Moorabbin at 6.30AM with speakers to wait for these low lifes to front. At 7.20AM Friday our blond haired German started to open the factory when I approached and demanded a refund. I pretty much lost my cool when this creap told me I had to send a fax or write a letter before I could get a refund. His reason was the factory did not hold cash, this moron went on saying this was not his fault as he sold the units to the re-sellers and what they did was out of his control. At this stage my very large mate showed signs of terminating this fellows breathing rights, all of a sudden all I needed to get the money was give my phone number and after being called I dropped off the unit and recieved my money today. I did tell him that what really should happen to him was a facial rearangement from someone for his less than honest dealings. He told me that it would never happen (this guy is so smug).After getting the bird from a re-seller I left. This manager/boss drives a white KIA PREGIO reg. SXP 907.
