Rex and TBG claim to provide capital for commercial real estate deals. TBG charges fees but never closes. After paying the TBG fees and spending months on calls we were promised closing three times. We never closed. TBG eventually stopped talking to us. They did not refund our money. Stay away from Rex and TBG.
