Richard Spillman offers to buy unused, unexpired diabetic test strips utilizing a pre paid USPS shipping label. He does not pay you for them as promised.  He only offers excuses that include weather, USPS mail delivery delays, check is in the mail, COVID, short staffing and the customer being rude, irrational, irresponsible and abusive for not paying.

He has close to 1,000 complaints filed with the Southeast Texas BBB against him in the past 3 years.

I finally got my money.  He claimed the check was mailed on June 24, 2022 but it was not postmarked until 17 days later on July 12, 2022 which was still 3 weeks after his promised pay date.
