Rick could convince Eskimos to buy bags of ice. He uses customer payments to pay for other jobs he is behind on. He lives off the cash they give him, and then lies and scams both the customer and the sub contractors. He doesnt pay the subs, so they end up coming back to the home owner, who has already payed him.
