RJM Acquistions Funding This debt is in fact real. However it is approx 20 years old. It would seem that each time I disbute it, after several months I receive a collection notice from a different company that would appear to be a shell corp of the same collection company. ripoff Hauppauge New York

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
It would appear to me that this company uses many shell companies to continue to harrass an individual to make some sort of activity to their account in order to re-date the account and make this a legimant account to collect upon, based on the statue of limitations. I have been harrassed by one of these seeming shell companies for several years attempting to collect a debt that is out of the statute of limitatuions based on the law.

Also, RJM duns for debts which are blatantly out of the statute of limitations. If they threaten to sue, tell them "bring it on". and if they threaten to litigate tell them that you will file a counterclaim and the truth will come out in the pre-trial discovery and interrogetories you will send to them. You should see the end of them.
