Sent me a fake check of 2000 dollars . Wanted me to pay him to set up a service to get a decal put on. When I sent him the money his check bounced and I bounced my check to him. He was texting me but would not call and did not set up any company or office I could contact  

When I called his number he did not answer. He kept having me try to send western union

this scammer didn't "make" you do anything.  You thought you were going to get money for nothing, so you went along with what any semi-intelligent person could see was a very old scamming technique.  Live and learn.  But he didn't "make" you deposit a check and then bounce money back to him.  You willingly became a partner in his fraud, hoping to profit from it.
