This low individual charges people on website with very decieving refund policy where he makes you think there are no refunds only if you go to the live event. I canceled 25 days previous to the event, he ignored my calls, my messages, lied to me about his staff calling me, called me b**** and kept $2500 dollars from my hard earned money. I explained our business fell through and I needed the money for my family. He said that was not his problem and hung up.
