Robyn McKinney Jury renders $ 936,284.61 Judgment Against Robyn McKinney for Malicious Defamation, Acting in Bad Faith and being Stubbornly Litigious Snellville, Ga?., R. McKinney, Gourmet Peppers & Salts Snellville, Georgia

This document chronicles just some of
the countless legal proceedings and hearing that were required to bring the
McKinneys to justice.  This part of the story picks up shortly after I
sued Ron McKinney for refusing to pay one penny for substantial improvements
that my company performed to his dilapidated home in Snellville. 

On Jan. 20, 2009 the case went to trial in the Superior Court of Gwinnett Co.  I
won a judgment against him for $29,601,77.  I was awarded substantial
attorney's fees inasmuch as the Court found that McKinney had acted in bad
faith and had been stubbornly litigious.
 
McKinney then went on a vindictive campaign of libeling and defaming me
that continues to this day.

 
Unfortunately, the McKinneys have no fear of Judgments against them.
They claim to have no money or jobs and actually testified in court that they
don't know who owns their home.  Ron McKinney actually published
documents on the internet renouncing his citizenship in the United States,
declaring himself a "sovereign entity" and referencing his
"Kingdom" in a series of extremist writings.   Seriously, I
could not make this stuff up.  I published some of his documents  on www.ripoffreport.com.

  After nearly 8 years of their filth, it is time to set the record
straight in the public domain. The only way to stop people like them is to
"out" them and let the  public know what they have done, how
they operate and what our Courts and  a 12 person Jury of their peers have
found them guilty of.



  Here is a journal that I started in 2008: 

Yes Friends, as I
told you earlier Ron Mckinney and Robyn Mckinney were hiding in their home to
avoid service of a Defamation Lawsuit brought against them by John Tabor. They
would not answer when the Sheriff's Deputy came knocking on their door and they
would not answer the door when a private service company attempted to serve
them several times with the lawsuit. They were observed PEEKING OUT THE WINDOWS
to see if it was safe to come outside.


We do not know if the McKinneys have dared set foot outside their home yet.
However, we do know that an Order from the Superior Court of Gwinnett County
filed May 11, 2009 found that that Ron Mckinney and Robyn Mckinney have
willfully and deliberately concealed themselves to avoid service.


WHAT COWARDS. What are the McKinneys so afraid of? If the Mckinneys only told
the "truth" as they claim, then they should be looking forward to the
Jury trial that is coming. Instead, they have run like frightened rats, doing
everything possible to avoid having to appear in Court to answer the charges
against them.


ROBYN AND RON LOSE AGAIN. Their attempt to have the Defamation suit against
them dismissed was DENIED by the Order of the Honorable Judge Tom Davis of the
Superior Court Of Gwinnett County on April 29, 2010. Therefore, the suit will
go forward. The Mckinneys will be deposed. I will document every last detail of
their multi-year long campaign of stalking me , slandering me and libeling me.


UPDATE 2/3/11: Good News friends, after many attempts by the McKinney's to
avoid being deposed, they been noticed to sit for their depositions on Monday
February 7, 2011.


Here is the hilarious part. Robyn McKinney actually testified in open Court
that the law suit should be dismissed because she has no money and therefore
there is nothing I can get from her. Sorry "Rockin Robyn" (one of her
many blog monikers) but MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT, you and your husband are
going to be held accountable for your actions no matter how long it takes, no
matter how much it costs me and no matter how little money you have.


Don't forget. Ron McKinney already owes me $29,601.77 from the Judgement I got
against him on Jan. 19, 2009 . He has NOT PAID ONE PENNY as of today November
7, 2012.


UPDATE NOV. 7, 2012. Well Friends, as I have predicted all along, Robyn
McKinney has been held accountable. After a 5 day jury trial in the Superior
Court of Gwinnett County, the 12 jurors awarded me $550,000 in damages. 
The Jurors heard the malicious lies and half-truths that she posted on the Internet over the years. They quickly found her guilty of Malicious Defamation, Acting in Bad Faith and being Stubbornly
Litigious then rendered a total verdict against her of $936,284.61 in one of
the largest Defamation verdicts in the United States.  Case No. 
09A00116-9, Judgment signed on July 13, 2012.





Robyn was represented by Thomas M. Clyde of the law firm Dow Lohnes PLLC .



As many of you know, Robyn McKinney used the national media firestorm
surrounding the murder of missing hiker Meredith Emerson to falsely claim that
convicted murderer Gary Hiton had worked on her home. She then used the media
spot light to maliciously defame John Tabor and his company all because he and
his company had previously sued her husband Ron McKinney for failure to pay for
work performed on their home resulting in a large judgment against him.  I
know it is sickening, but McKinney actually used the publicity surrounding the
murder of this innocent young lady to advance her own person vendetta against
me.



Although the McKinneys claim they have no asset's, we'll see about that.  I intend to take every single thing from them
that they possess that is allowed by law, no matter how long it takes and no
matter what it costs. Someone has to stand up against people like them.  I
have and will continue to do so.
