RSM Maintenance is providing facility maintenance for retail stores in the United States.

I started working as a subcontractor with this company a while ago and everything was great until payment time arrived. Initially they said that they pay NET 45 but the check was always arriving late. After a while we agreed to lower my rates a little and this way they said that they will do NET 20 for me. They paid 2 invoices on time only since then and now they keep looking for excuses to delay payments. They show no respect to the subcontractors! I don't trust RSM maintenance anymore!

I can make this stroy much longer, if needed...

An update to my previous report is that RSM made some improvements and now they do much better, I dont have any past due invoices with them at this time. I think they solved the issue they had in the accounts payble department.
