Hi , unfortunately this is my 1st bad review in 4 years! Richard at rsm sterling was quick to reply, however if your a reviewer he will start to swear at you! Very rude. Saved the email for anyone who like a copy! Intolerable , rude, unproffessional as Ive ever seen and Ive dealt with 100's of Companies. Im sorry if he has any conditions ahead of time. The other customer I talked to said he can talk however he wants he cares about money , not Product Quality or customer relations sadly.
