Seemed like a nice guy. Wore a Hunting Beach T-Shirt, claimed to be a local. Found him on NEXT DOOR APP. Turns out he is an Event Cooridinator for the OC-Fair Grounds and actually lives in San Pedro, California. (Thief's Linked In Profile ) He claimed his company Coast Plumbing or Orange Coast Plumbing.

His Venmo and his phone are included and still work - BUYER BEWARE - Ruben Vigil the OC FRAUD Plumber that just takes your money and does not do the work...714.640.7858
