I ask this contractor to give me a bid on a property in Joplin Mo , but once i saw there workmanship on another job I had them doing , I told the contractor not to start this job, He did any ways without any written agreement or an ok from me to start the work , So this contractor get mad and files a lien on a property that he DID'T HAVE approved to be at or do any work on . HE IS A HEADACHE TO WORK WITH , AND WILL CALL YOU ALL TIMES OF THE NIGHT . RUN RUN RUN IF HE TRY TO GIVE YOU A BID OR DO ANY WORK FOR YOU . YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.

This person did not have permission too sub contract at all . We still have not gotten paid and we only got part of the payment. Also the gentlemen who made this report against us in Texas is under investgation by his local sheriff dept for real estate fraud and money's fraud Also safeguard llc has filed a lawsuit against Mr Kent Williams for the way he defrauded our company Ruth properties mgm llc. We have documents proving our company was not in the wrong. Any further comments slandering our company will be delt with legal action on the grounds of slanderous and decimation if the company's status and statute.
