Rye Fraley displays a frightening level of dishonesty and delinquency befitting of someone with no regard of decency. It is tragic that in this day and age there are online businesses that would condone and protect this type of behavior.

At the end of the day more guilty than the tragically stereotypical fraud with no respect for themselves is the company who helps him to commit this type of depraved act over and over again.
