Safelite Autoglass, Tampa Florida Wasted three weeks of time without a vehicle due to a misrepresentation. Failed to replace a windshield after three weeks. Caused me to lose about ten hours of work over a three week period, chasing down meetings with three different auto body shops. Largo Florida

The manager of Safelite, Largo, Florida left a message for me to call him. I called him. I told him that he needs to provide photos of my car glass to my insurance company. He says he will not do that. I explained that the insurance company wants photos of the glass.

He won't comply. I told him I will have to take the job from Safelite after he refused to complete the job and the glass is out of the car! After three weeks trying to get them to comply, they quit half way through and the car is not drivable without a windshield, and they will not replace it nor will they work to get the insurance company what they need to have it done elsewhere. Scott, the manager of Safelite, Largo, FL , hung up the phone on me and will not take calls and will not do anything about this. My car is sitting without a windshield now!!!! 

Lost about 1000 dollars. Lied to which led to the time and money loss. No apology. No attempt to make it right.
