Safety Alert USA my mother ordered an emergency response system in June, paid 299.99 for it and it never arrived. In addition she is being charged 29.95 a month. We attempted to cancel several times. This is a company that is ripping off senior citizens Ocean New Jersey

These people called my mother three months ago and she ordered an emergency response system from them she paid $299.99. She still has not received a system, we attempted several times to cancel. We were told that it cannot be cancelled until she receives the unit. In the meantime they are charging her 29.95 per month for a service she does not have or want.
These people are ripping off seniors and should be shut down

I have good news. This company is under investigation in the state of NJ. Some one has listened. Has been listening. There will be a stop to this.
