The company's website did not say anything about how to integrate their product into our systems before buying. Upon buying, they did not have the integration we need and instantly tried to refund saying they didn't have the capabilities I needed (again - no where is this information on the website).

Upon cancelling and requesting a refund the same day, I was immediately told I could not have one due to their strict no refunds policy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES. There is a reason they have zero information on their site. They are a rip off and only can make money from people by ripping them off.
