I have to agree with Susanherna! This story does not sound plausible. Not only because of the sketcy details but also because of the accusations in themselves. Point, 'My daughter" was assualted. In what way was she assualted? Physically, verbally, emotionally, mentally? An assualt has many different forms. Was it really an assualt or was the child not being supervised, prehaps grabbing items off shelves or causing a distrubance in the store. There are many items that can harm a child in a beauty supply store, items containing chemicals that are dangerous to little ones. As a former cosmotologist who worked in a salon for over 20 years I have been witness to many such incidents where a child is not being supervised, grabbing items from shelfs, screaming, causing a general distrubance in the salon. I have seen 2 and 3 year-old children open bottles of polish and then throw them across the room when asked to 'put them down' by the parent causing a huge mess. I have seen shampoos and conditioners dumped onto carpets, bottles broken, furniture destroyed, ect all by un-supervised 2 and 3 year-olds out of control.
I would say it could not have been a physical assualt as if there had been a mark on the child, and the police had been called as reported by 'My daughter' the worker would have been arrested. I would say there is a lot more to this story and 'My daughter' is not the innocent party she preports to be. Would be interesting to here 'the other side of the story'!

The only information the person filing this report gave is that the manager assaulted her daughter. It seems to be that a legitmate report would have included some details of what happened.

Also, Sally Beauty is a beauty supply store not a beauty shop. This report should not have been filed under tha category of Beauty Salons. She also mentioned the employees working with chemicals. This is not true. The employees do not work with any chemicals. They only sell the products.

This leads me to believe that this report might be a hoax or an attempt to discredit the company or the manager.
