This man tricked me when i tried to buy a new car.
I transferred over $8000 to his bank account, (number 4830573451) and to his debit card (number **** **** **** 3811) over $2000
at last week, his called me and make offer to buy his car on a nice price, but after money transfer he is lost
he is scam! don't trust him!

YOU transferred this money to this guy, somebody you don't know to buy a used car you've never seen nor had any idea if it actually exists, right??? I highly suggest you seek professional help on this. Find a doctor who can prescribe whatever medicine which would give you just a thimble full of common sense!
